Zorg van de Zaak acquires Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis

UTRECHT/BEVERWIJK, February 12, 2014 – On Wednesday, Jeroen van Roon and Johan Wagenaar (board members of Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis Beverwijk (“RKZ”)) and Marius Touwen (CEO Zorg van de Zaak) signed a letter of intent, which declares their intent to collaborate in the near-future. In upcoming months both parties will investigate how to further structure this collaboration going forward.
