Veolia acquires Van Scherpenzeel Groep
Transaction summary
AMSTERDAM, October 31, 2017 – Veolia has acquired Van Scherpenzeel Groep (“VSG”) from 2 Circular Value (a holding entity of private individuals led by Ruud Sondag) and ING Corporate Investments. VSG is active in the recycling of a broad range of heterogeneous waste flows (e.g. plastics, paper, textile, glass, dry residual waste etc.). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Emendo Capital acted as exclusive financial adviser to Veolia.
