Emendo advises on shareholder strategy for the NOM

Summary

NETHERLANDS, May 2020 – Emendo advised the Provinces of Drenthe, Fryslân and Groningen and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate (“Shareholders”) on the shareholder strategy of the Investment and Development Agency for the Northern Netherlands (“NOM”).

Emendo assisted the Shareholders in defining a strategic framework for future policy in which the public as well as financial interests are safeguarded as much as possible. This strategic framework provides guiding principles to the Shareholders and the NOM in successfully positioning themselves in the future and in evaluating realised results in relation to the defined public and financial objectives.
