BRUSSELS, July 29, 2016 – Acquisition of Evenementenhal from H2 Equity Partners and ABN AMRO Participaties puts Artexis Easyfairs among the world’s leading events organisers and venue operators. Artexis Easyfairs, the Brussels-based events organiser and venue manager, has significantly increased its portfolio of venues and events with the acquisition of Evenementenhal, which organises a total of 78 events and operates 3 venues in The Netherlands. Artexis Easyfairs now has a portfolio of 11 venues (206,173 sqm) and more than 200 events.
