Emendo advised Shareholder of TDCG in Management Buy-Out

AMSTERDAM, August, 2015 – Emendo has advised one of the shareholders of the Datacenter Group (“TDCG”) in the management buy-out from other shareholders.

Emendo Capital acted as exclusive financial adviser to the Shareholder.

About TDCG

The Datacenter Group is a Dutch business with four hypermodern datacenters in Amsterdam, Delft, Rotterdam and Utrecht. The Company serves a variety of cloud and hosting providers, large businesses, and government institutions by housing their IT infrastructure. TDCG forms a basis for public transport, electronic payment traffic, medical procedures, dike monitoring and about 5% of the Dutch internet.

Facilities, 20,000 m2 combined, are some of the most sustainable datacenters in the Netherlands. The systems that keep the thousands of computers in Amsterdam and Delft cool were developed in-house and enables TDCG to limit our impact on the environment.
