BMW Group sells Noordlease
Transaction summary
MUNCHEN/GRONINGEN, June 30, 2014 – BMW Group has sold Noordlease Holding B.V. (“Noordlease”) to management backed by NIBC and NOM. Noordlease became part of the BMW Group following the acquisition of ING Car Lease in 2011.
